The president Hasegawa himself and the staff always do tasting of various samples of sake, wine, shochu and food, and the tasting results will be reflected on the display in the store and the stocks in the cellar. Some of the products are only available here, which never appear in other liquor stores nationwide. Opened in February 2006, Hasegawa-Saketen Omotesando-Hills is an evolutionary store where you can get an unforgettable sake experience. The store is completely different from general sake stores in Japan; it's an elegant sake showroom with a beautiful standing bar. You can enjoy a glass sake of your choice, from a sparkling to cloudy one, with small plates of appetizers such as dried cod-roe or fermented tofu while looking at gorgeously arranged premium sakes, wines, shochus and umeshu (plum wines) and sharing your thoughts with the staff.
